Zumba Class

Zumba is an exercise fitness program that involves Dance and Aerobics Movements performed to energetic music. Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout.

And in our zumba class we take the "work" out of the "workout", by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba is for everybody! Each class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
