Aerobics

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic Aerobic Exercise with stretching and Strength Training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).

And here at Menarol Fitness Center, You will be performing it to music in a group setting led by certified instructors. It will be divided into different levels of intensity like warm up, cardio-vascular conditioning, muscular strengthening and conditioning, cool-down, and stretching and flexibility.
